Viewing usage
Open Subscription to see current usage:
- Model tokens - used this month vs monthly allowance, plus any token pack balance
- OCR pages - used this month vs monthly allowance
- Team seats - active users vs included seats
Statistics provides additional processing metrics for your account.
What happens at limits
| Limit reached | Effect |

| Model tokens | New extractions are blocked until the next billing cycle or you purchase a token pack. |
| OCR pages | OCR processing is blocked until reset or upgrade. |
| Workflows | Cannot create new workflows until you delete one or upgrade. |
| Users | Cannot invite new team members until you upgrade or remove a user. |
| Labels | Cannot add more custom fields to a workflow beyond the plan cap. |
| Storage | New file uploads are blocked until you delete files or upgrade. |
| Retention | The retention period you can set in Settings > Data & Storage is capped to your plan's maximum; requesting a longer period saves it at the plan's maximum instead. |
Existing files and configuration remain accessible when a processing limit is reached.
Token packs
Every paid plan can purchase additional model token packs from Subscription: 100 tokens for €9.99, 500 for €34.99, or 1,000 for €54.99. Pack tokens are added to your balance and used alongside monthly allowance.
Upgrade path
- Go to Subscription.
- Compare plan features using Compare all features and technical specs.
- Select a higher tier and complete checkout.
- New limits apply immediately after the plan change.
Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. Check feature access before downgrading - API, cloud integrations, and advanced export formats require Growth or Scale.

QuickBooks, OneDrive, Dropbox, and Box integrations are coming soon on Growth and Scale. PDF and XML export are also on the roadmap and not yet available on any plan.
