Sync intervals

| 30 minutes | Frequent batches |
| 1 hour | Standard automation |
| 6 hours | Periodic checks |

Last sync status
Scheduled imports show Last sync on the Files page with a relative timestamp and status indicator. If sync stops:
- Open the workflow Import tab.
- Verify credentials and folder path.
- Run Test (FTP) or reconnect (Google Drive).
- Confirm the workflow is Active.
Coming soon
OneDrive, Dropbox, and Box appear in the workflow setup UI for both import and export but are not yet available for production use. Documentation will be updated when they launch.
Tips
- Use a dedicated folder per workflow to avoid mixing document types.
- Start with a longer sync interval and shorten it once stable.
- For FTP, confirm firewall rules allow outbound connections from the platform.
- For Google Drive, ensure the connected account has access to the target folder.
