Failed files

When a file reaches failed status:

  2. Verify the document format is supported by the workflow.
  3. Confirm the workflow is Active and correctly configured.
  4. Re-upload or reprocess if needed.

See Common Issues for troubleshooting steps.

Sorting and filtering

On the Files page you can sort by status, confidence, page count, or last updated time. Use the workflow selector to focus on one document type at a time.

When export destination is not Web, the system delivers data automatically:

Google Drive Written to connected folder
FTP Uploaded to remote folder

QuickBooks, OneDrive, Dropbox, and Box export are coming soon. Zapier and n8n can receive results on every plan - see Zapier and n8n.
