From PDF statement to transaction rows

  • Upload statements or send them in automatically. For US bank statements, use the ready-made Instant model; for any other bank, describe the fields with Instinct.
  • Foxello reconstructs the transaction table across every page, keeping each row's date, description, amounts, and running balance together.
  • Export the transactions as Excel, CSV, or JSON, or send them to your system through the API or webhooks the moment they're ready.
Multi-page tables handled: A transaction table that breaks across pages, repeats its header, or carries a balance forward comes back as one continuous list - not a page-by-page mess you have to stitch back together.

Per page, from upload to structured data

Measured end-to-end processing time per page. No templates or training before the first document.

Every bank does it differently

Bank statements look standard until you process them at volume. One bank puts debits and credits in separate columns, another uses signed amounts, a third wraps long descriptions across two lines and splits the table over nine pages. Copying transactions by hand is slow, and one skipped row breaks the reconciliation.

Foxello reads the layout the way a person would and returns each transaction as a structured row, whatever the bank. There is no template to build per bank and nothing to retrain when a bank redesigns its statements - a new format is just another document.

Accountants use it to get client statements into their books without retyping. Lenders and underwriters use it to turn applicant statements into data they can actually analyse. Either way, the output is rows and columns, not a PDF someone still has to read.

Fields that come back uncertain are flagged with a per-field confidence score and sent to Review Hub, so a questionable figure gets a second look before it reaches your spreadsheet. Statements are processed and stored in the EU, and never used to train models.
