How it works

From certificate to compliance record

Route ACORD forms into a workflow by email, shared folder, or API - vendor COIs, broker submissions, and agency applications.
Describe the fields you check once. Foxello returns policy numbers, dates, limits, and checkbox states - ticked or not - as structured data.
Push the results into your compliance tracker, agency management, or underwriting system, or export them to Excel, CSV, or JSON.

Checkboxes as true/false: Additional insured, subrogation waived, occurrence versus claims-made - mark a field as true/false and Foxello returns a clean yes or no instead of text you have to interpret.

Why it matters

Standard forms, messy submissions

ACORD forms are standardized on paper and anything but in practice. They arrive as scans of printouts of faxes, with different revision years mixed in the same stack, carrier-specific tweaks, and critical information typed into free-text boxes. Reading them carefully is slow, and skimming them is how a lapsed policy or a missing additional-insured endorsement slips through.

For contractors, property managers, and risk teams, certificate of insurance tracking is a volume problem: hundreds of vendors, each with policies expiring on different dates. For carriers, MGAs, and agencies, ACORD 125 submissions are the first step of underwriting, and every hour spent keying applicant details is an hour not spent assessing risk.

Foxello reads ACORD 25 and 125 layouts without a template per revision, including the description of operations and other free-text sections. Coverage lines come back as a table, dates as dates, checkboxes as true or false. Every field gets its own confidence score, and uncertain values route to Review Hub instead of into your compliance record.

Mark expiration dates and limits as required fields, and any certificate missing them is flagged for review automatically. Documents are processed and stored in the EU and never used to train models.
