Certificate of analysis data extraction

Turn certificates of analysis into structured test data - lot numbers, parameters, specifications, results, and pass/fail - from every supplier and lab format.

Results you can compare, not just file

How it works

From COA PDF to QC data

Suppliers email COAs to a workflow address, or your team uploads them at incoming inspection - PDFs or scanned copies.
Foxello reads the header and the full results table, returning each test with its specification, result, and unit as a structured row.
Send the results to your QMS, LIMS, or ERP via API or webhooks, or export them to Excel, CSV, or JSON for review.

Results as a table: Each test parameter comes back as its own row with specification, result, unit, and method side by side - ready to compare against your own acceptance criteria.

Why it matters

A COA in a folder isn't a quality check

Every incoming lot of raw material, ingredient, or chemical comes with a certificate of analysis, and every supplier's lab formats it differently. Quality teams either retype the results to check them against specifications or, more often, file the PDF and trust it. Neither scales once you have dozens of suppliers and hundreds of lots.

Foxello extracts the full results table from each certificate - assay, impurities, moisture, microbiology, heavy metals, whatever the lab reports - along with lot numbers and dates. Because fields are described in plain language, the same workflow handles a one-page supplier COA and a multi-page lab report.

Once the data is structured, checking it becomes something your systems can do: compare each result against your acceptance limits, trend a supplier's performance over time, and find a lot's certificate instantly during an audit. Pass/fail indicators come back as true or false.

Every field carries its own confidence score. Values the model is unsure of go to Review Hub before they reach your quality records, so a misread decimal doesn't turn into a released lot. Documents stay in the EU and are never used to train models.
