Document processing for tax preparation practices

Batch-extract W-9s, 1099s, W-2s, and prior-year state returns into structured data - so tax season starts with clean inputs instead of a stack of forms to key.

The forms that flood in every season

How it works

From client uploads to your tax software

Use the Instant models for W-2, 1099, 1098, and 1040 - no setup - and describe fields with Instinct for W-9s and state returns.
Clients email forms or drop them in a shared folder; your team can batch-upload the rest.
Export one clean table per batch to Excel or CSV, or send data to your tax software via API.

Batch, not one by one: Upload a client's whole stack at once. Every form is processed in parallel, and results come back as one consistent table.

Why it matters

Tax season is a volume problem

Between January and April, every form a client owns arrives at once: W-2s from each employer, a handful of 1099 variants, W-9s from contractors their business paid. Each one is short, and together they're weeks of data entry at exactly the time your team has none to spare.

Foxello extracts every form into named fields without templates per issuer. The W-9 tax classification checkbox, TINs, and box amounts come back structured, and a batch of mixed forms comes back as one table instead of a pile of PDFs.

Every field carries its own confidence score. Mark TINs and amounts as required, and any form missing them is flagged. Uncertain values - a smudged digit, a blurry photo - go to Review Hub instead of into the return.

Taxpayer data is sensitive. Documents are processed and stored in the EU and never used to train models. Developers can run the same extraction through the REST API.
